The Badb

This is the Badb. As it says in the title. There's a story behind this, related to a book, a song (but I forget which) and a Eureka Moment.

Also, in case you're wondering why she looks different from the Morrigan (You haven't seen very much, and her costume has changed a bit since, but she's in the cover [which I have since redone, and probably will redo again]), I figure they must have some sort of magic to make them not look alike, judging by something Perenelle said in The Sorceress. Oh wow. Sorceress is really a weird word once you start spelling is. S-O-R-C-E-R-E-S-S. Huh.

You'll see Macha soon, but I kinda-sorta wanted to leave her for last because a lot of it will be in her view.

And in terms of the drawing itself, all I really want to say about it is that it took much too long, and it has SHADING! Me, shading something! Imagine! <3

In terms of the image, I made the original image too big and I'm not quite sure how to fix it (I can use GIMP for drawing but not for editing... *sigh*) so now there's a large blank space at the bottom. And it's a bit small. Oh well.
